If you are looking for a different training timeframe, please specify and we will consider your request when scheduling the next program.

*Please indicate any special support or accommodations required due to any disability or medical condition right away. Training location may require walking up stairs, unless special accommodations are requested. Please provide 30 days advanced notice; however, all efforts will be made to accommodate if notified in less than 30 days. Class size is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your seat will be reserved once payment is received. All registrations and payment are due 14 calendar days before the course start date. There is a fee of $50 for any cancellations made less than 30 days before the first day of class. If the program is cancelled due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or severe weather, we will notify you immediately and fully refund your payment for full cancellation, or reschedule missed days for partial class cancellations. Important: To receive the certificate, you need to be present for the entire class time.
