Mediation Training
Lynn Gaffigan has taught conflict resolution courses for more than 15 years. Her curriculum incorporates nationally recognized professional standards of practice as well as her own effective mediation approaches. An important aspect of her process is respecting the value of everyone involved in conflict, including all professional advisors.
